Anyway, how are things out there in friendslistland? You guys (much like myself) don't update enough! :(
The last few weeks have been...interesting, to say the least. Maine Won't Discriminate sucks up every single second of my spare time and I wouldn't have it any other way, and my classes are going all right. The first poem I had workshopped in poetry class actually didn't get brutalized like I thought it would, so that was nice.
Many exciting things are coming up...I'm going to Montreal with, like, 95 of my favorite people (including Steph, Janice, and possibly Vinny) October 7-9, and Hanson is getting closer and closer by the day. (EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE ANDREA 2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
OH! I saw Erica (crashburnnfly this evening, and that was great. I only really started getting to know her at the end of the summer, and by then, she was moving to Chicago. But yeah, we had a bitching session about stupid people and that was lovelyful until I had to kick her out to deal with some shit. (P.S. Being on-duty all weekend is no fun. I have to carry around a beeper that would have made me the coolest kid on campus in 1994 every time I leave the building.)
OH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OH OH OH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ran a fucking 7:57 mile today. I've been trying to break 8 minutes again for over a year, and I finally did it today!
Okay. I should probably go. It's superlate and I definitely need to be up at the crack of dawn tomorrow. (The crack of dawn being...noon.)
